<p>Since 2009, the team at Rental Beast has been building the most robust and up to date database of residential rental listings in the country – and though their data was unmatched in the marketplace, their product experience was lagging far behind their competition. Beyond look and feel, we discovered there were opportunities to make meaningful improvements in the way in which renters (and the agents working with them) find their next home.</p>

<p>Working with the team at Rental Beast and their agent-customers, Delve reimagined both the consumer experience of searching for and renting a home and the real estate agents’ own acquisition of new leads, tracking of available properties, and service of existing clients.</p>

<p>We rebuilt Rental Beast’s business on top of its  industry-leading database of rental properties. From brand identity and positioning to completely new consumer and B2B applications and CRM, we rethought and redesigned every Rental Beast touchpoint to better serve renters’ needs while helping real estate brokers grow their business. With a new brand and new B2B and B2C product experiences, Rental Beast closed its first round of funding ($5M).<br></p>
