<a href="https://www.eo.care/web/home" target="_blank">EO Care's digital health platform for cannabis care</a>, designed by Delve,&nbsp;has <a href="https://design.museaward.com/winner-info.php?id=21810" target="_blank">received a&nbsp;2024 Silver Muse Design Award for product design in the healthcare category.</a> <a href="https://design.museaward.com/winner-info.php?id=21799" target="_blank"></a>Highlighting both aesthetics and functionality, the international MUSE Design Awards recognize excellence in design and innovation across a variety of disciplines, including product design. Winners are selected for design that shifts paradigms.

Medicinal cannabis has shown great promise in helping to manage chronic pain, sleeplessness and anxiety. However, those who seek relief generally lack access to the kind of close, ongoing clinical partnership necessary to define and maintain an effective cannabis care regimen. EO Care sought to fill this void through an innovative digital health platform that brings responsible, affordable cannabis care and products to all who might benefit. But when pioneering a new type of care, especially with a substance that has only recently been legalized, it is essential that the entire EO Care experience build trust and confidence. From the app to the website, to the product that gets delivered to customers. So, EO Care brought in the Delve team to help design a clear, open experience with a focus on helping users understand what’s being recommended to them and why. Delve’s digital design team brought a more premium, personal, and progressive feel to the EO Care mobile app. The new design system evokes a sense of confidence and ease, a feeling that users are entering an experience that anticipates their unique needs.

While pioneering a new type of care, it was important that the entire EO Care experience, from the app, to the web, to the product that gets delivered to customers, build trust and confidence.

The new UI also fosters more productive engagement, ultimately improving treatment effectiveness. It helps users better plan their day-to-day treatment and provide more effective feedback. With better feedback and visibility into users’ therapy response, EO’s physicians are better able to recommend effective updates to their treatment regime.
