This year’s program will focus on mastering digital ecosystems, leveraging AI-driven automation, and accelerating innovation across industries. 
Rowan’s keynote will explore how organizations can drive real-world impact by connecting advanced technologies with human needs, a principle that defines how Delve helps clients navigate complexity, align around bold opportunities, and build the digital ecosystems of tomorrow.

Rowan brings deep experience guiding Fortune 500s like Pfizer and 3M, government agencies like NASA and the U.S. Marine Corps, and fast-moving startups such as Symmons Evolution through high-stakes innovation. As a former Managing Director at Accenture and Director of Strategy at Altitude, she has led cross-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative results across life sciences, consumer goods, education, and more.
