Holly Mason, an accomplished leader with 30 years of experience spanning management consulting and agency operations, has built her career at the intersection of project management and client success. With roles including Chief Solutions Officer at Merkle and President at Huge, Mason has a proven track record of building and empowering high-performing teams and implementing operational systems that drive success. As Delve’s Chief Operations Officer, she will focus on aligning processes and teams to elevate how we deliver for our clients.
Cathy Carl brings over 25 years of expertise in marketing, communications, and thought leadership, with a reputation as a transformative leader in professional services brand elevation and revenue growth. Her tenure includes global leadership roles at high-growth marquee companies such as ServiceNow, Meta, and EssenceMediacom. As Chief Growth Officer, Cathy will help expand Delve’s market presence, strengthen client relationships, and enhance brand visibility through marketing, communications, and executive visibility.
